Well this was my last day here in Charleston and I got woke up kind of early because I got a message from someone special who is in Iraq right now :) So I was excited to talk to him and I headed outside to look around some more!
When I woke up, we had both Lo and Petunia in the bed with us!
Down at the docks there are tons of these little crabs and they were funny! Whenever I would stand still...they would stand still! Whenever I would move...they would move! It was crazy!
Here is a BIG alligator bed I saw and it was just on the other side of the fence to the backyard!
I just fell in love with all the dogs!
This is Boomer...he is a big ol' boy!
And sweet Abby playing in the plants and posing!
Oh man...we ate at this great Gullah cuisine place! It was amazing!
This was their Seafood Gumbo which was their fish head soup with crab and scallops in it! I don't think we left a drop in the bowl!
The Oxtail was amazing! Fried Catfish and Shrimp
After lunch we went to a local farm called Boone Hall Farms...we had so much fun walking around picking stuff!
First we went to the blueberry trees and got lots of blueberries
S looked so cute in her pigtails perfect for the farm!
It was a beautiful farm with so much scenery to look at
Next we went to the tomatoes
Then we got some blackberries
S got caught in the blackberries...I was laughing so hard cause I stopped to take a picture of her stuck in it before I helped her out! LOL
The beautiful sunset I saw while driving home and while I was chatting with that special someone in Iraq ;)
A giant rooster statue I saw on my way home
