Dwain's R&R Leave Home

These are pictures from the time Dwain was home on R&R. I got to pick him up from the airport when he got here after he was stuck in Germany for almost 72 hours!

On August 14th, Dwain and I took his kids to the Braves game...they were playing the Philies! We all got new Brave's hats just for the game!

And at this game...I took our first picture together...ever! I love this picture :) This was the cutest, oldest usher I have ever seen at any sports event!

After the game they had fireworks and we got to stay for the show! The kids loved it!

This is Daffney! She is the bulldog that Dwain's mom (Lynn) had gotten! We took lots of pictures of her! lol

On Friday, August 17th we took the kids to Helen, Ga for a few nights :) We loved it there and didn't want to leave! On the way there, Abby fell asleep :) So cute!

We got to Helen and walked around for a little bit! We really didn't have any plans but would figure it out as we go along :)

So we decided to get a cabin there and stay the night! This is us waiting for the key!

It was a great little cabin! It had 3 bedrooms and a jacuzzi! This was the upstairs bedroom that was a loft and where the kids slept :)

The kids went back to Texas, and then we had a week to ourselves :) On August 23 we had a night of hanging out with Lance and Shane! Just like old times!

Dwain found a little friend at Junkman's Daughter's Brother so I went back to get it after he left to go back to Iraq and I mailed it to him in one of his care packages :)
