Today Blais was filming a spot on MTV's Made! This girl was from south Georgia and she wanted to be made in to a beauty queen. Somehow part of that included her coming to FLIP and cooking with Blais. He found out what she liked and created her his version of a Twinkie! We made the Foie Gras ice cream for her but she wanted some chocolate in it...so I had to scramble to make chocolate foie gras ice cream! It was a fun day!
