Today I volunteered at Abby's school for her Splash Day! All the Pre-K'ers were going outside to spend the day getting soaking wet and I was not spared!
We got to school around 7:30 in the morning and Abby went to her class while I went to meet up with the other moms to help set up for the day. But then I realized I didn't have Abby in a bathing suit, so I had to go back home and get her a bathing suit and change of clothes. Once I got back with it, I got her changed and went back outside to help finish the set up. We had 3 kiddie pools filled with water...1 had water guns in it and another had soaked sponges in it. We filled up about 150 water balloons and had lots of other fun stations for them to play at too.

The Belton fire department came and started the soaking!
I had to get a video of this! The kids absolutely loved it!
Abby tried running away
Abby went and grabbed a hand full of sponges and came running straight at me! LOL
Now it was almost over...last thing on the agenda was water balloons! They went crazy!
Abby went back for more!
After we got everyone all dried off and changed, they all got popsicles...and I went home to take a shower and cool off!
