Last Week in the Kitchen for Fall Quarter!

So it is week 11 and since we did our final practical last week, this week is Hawaii. It was laid back because quite a few people didn't come to class and the menu for the day was pretty light! If I weren't so darn responsible, I might not have been there either!
On Monday we made Coconut-Ginger Carrot Soup
Artichoke Salad with Tomato-Chili Water Vinaigrette and Fried Onions
Caramelized Salmon with Orange-Shoyu Glaze and a Lemongrass Beurre Blanc served with Sauteed Vegetables and Fried Basil Leaves
Pineapple Fritters with Maui Mango Sauce
