This week we did our finals in the kitchen. Even though finals aren't until next week, we did our practicals on Monday and then turned in our final projects on Tuesday. We were split into 3 teams each with a team leader. The team leaders were me, Shaun and Troy. Each team had to create a soup or salad, an appetizer, a fish entree, a meat (beef, lamb, veal or duck) entree and a dessert.
Our menu was - Appetizer: Loaded Steak Fries, Soup: Shrimp Bisque,

Sauteed Catfish with a White Wine Butter Sauce and Rice,

Roasted Beef Brisket with a Red Wine Sauce served with Sauteed Zucchini and Carrots and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes,

and for Dessert: Strawberry Brulee (as you can tell, I only got pictures of 3 out of 5 dishes!)
