Then I had to send a paragraph with it and a head shot! Here is what I sent!
"It took me almost 28 years to figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my life! I knew food was a passion whether it was baking or preparing a meal, I loved it all! Now that I realized that I can make food my career, I want to do it all! My goal is to soak up as much knowledge as I can to prepare me for a future that revolves around my passion…food! A chance to grill beside Bobby Flay would be an opportunity of a life time and I would be more than willing to step up and do whatever it takes to make it great!"
