I finally got transferred from the AI in Indy to the AI in Atlanta yesterday and got registered for classes. I am taking Asian Cuisine on Tuesdays, Career Development on Thursdays and Garde Manger (which is the cold kitchen) on Thursdays and Fridays. Today was my first class here and we didn't make anything for me to get pictures. We are just working on brines and cures so we can prepare the meats like bacon, roast beef, corned beef, chicken, duck, turkey, etc. that we will be using in recipes next week. But I did get a few pictures of the kitchens!
