Top Chef Tour

So we just finished up this long weekend with the LG event and now we had the Top Chef Tour today. Blais and Nikki from his season were doing demos today and Stacey and I would be cooking in the trailer to hand the food out to all the people who were there! So last night we got together all the ingredients and then we met up at Perimeter Mall to start prepping.
Stacey was going to work with Nikki on her dish and I was going to work with Blais on his dish. So each of us would set up the items for the demos and then prep all the ingredients for preparing each dish.

Here is the trailer we would spen the day in! Me and Stacey in the trailer Where we did all the cooking...those are burgers on that grill :) This was Nikki's finished dish Seared Sea Scallops with Marinated Tomatoes, Pecorino, Pancetta and Kale This is the last demo with all the people hanging out and watchingI took a picture of the wall they all signed...I just thought it was cool Me and Stacey having a doughnut to eat...we were hungry and we needed some sugar in our system! She got a little hungry and bit my thumb instead! lol Blais and his girls :) Me, Nikki, Stacey and Blais Me and Stacey Me and Nikki The aftermath...cleaning all of this by myself with cold water...that ran out half way through!
