Yesterday when I was driving home from work, my brother and I had a "twin" moment! He and I both texted each other at the same time asking what the other was doing on Sunday...which happened to be Father's Day. Somehow I happened to have today off, so we set up plans to go to lunch together with dad.
We ended up going to a Mexican restaurant. When we sat down, they brought us chips and salsa. Rylan called it "sauce" and said he wants some on his chip. So we dipped it and just put a tiny bit on the chip for him to eat...and he liked it! So we did it again and again each time he asked! Then when we weren't looking, he had pulled the bowl closer to him and had put a big amount of salsa on his chip and ate it. By the time I realized he had done it, he had probably taken a few bites like that...then he realized his mouth was on fire! I couldn't grab my camera fast enough...but I got this picture of him trying to scrape his tongue clean! It was too cute! Bless his heart...his eyes were watering and his face had turned a little red!
I did get a video of him trying to cool his tongue off by eating fruit!
