Oh what a fun day! lol I have been prepping for this event for the past few days now and I am worn out!
Today we were doing an event at Variety Playhouse which is commonly used for concerts and other things...but today it was for Blais to do a demo! I got all of the stuff loaded up in my car and got to the place...then saw that we had nothing to work on!!! And when I say nothing...I mean nothing!
They had some folding tables and not cooking equipment! So we had to make a run to Target to buy some burners and table cloths! But as usual...in kind of Top Chef style...we pulled off another demo in a fun situation!
This was pretty funny...watching Mark, Blais, Eli and John trying to figure out how to get this heavy as crap Nitrogen tank up on the stage!

My station...we were doing Tortilla Chips and Salsa Jelly with a Nitrogen Ginger Margarita

We pulled up the next volunteer...but it was a little staged! lol We brought Suchita Vadlamani from Fox 5 up :) She helped make the Cole Slaw Sorbet

After we finished the sorbet, she hung out on the stage to try more stuff!
