I went to FLIP on my way home after class and got myself a burger! One of my favorite burgers of all time is the Ossobuco which is a veal patty with braised veal, gremolata mayo, braised ketchup and crispy fried onions!! And my favorite side right now is our potato salad made with confit potatoes, lime mayo, roasted corn, roasted poblano peppers and bacon!
I just had to share :)
And this is Nick (aka. Nicholi Nicholas Nikelby) he is one of our bartenders at FLIP and he wouldn't stop making me drinks! lol
