World of Coke

Today we had an event at the World of Coke! Blais was doing a demo and then after the demo, the people would go out and do a tasting of what we made and then taste all of the different cokes too. We spent the day prepping most everything and then got over to the World of Coke to get set up. They had an awesome set for us to work on and it was pretty exciting. We had a nice little crowd show up too. Jason and I were there to assist Blais and each had a dish we were responsible for...but Jared showed up and he took 1 of the dishes too so we each had 1 to demo with him.

This is Jason's dish...fried oysters with hot sauce pearls and edible silver!

And I got to do dessert :) We did a sweet cornbread with a parmesan pudding and cherry coke pop rock chocolates with vanilla coke rocks! This was such a fun dish to do!!!

After our demo we got a group shot! Me, Jason, Blais and Jared...we rocked the house...as usual!!!

We have to empty the tank before the company comes to pick it back up...so we decided to have a little fun with it while we emptied it :)
