DD Out in the Field

So Dwain has been out in the field that last 3 days...the last time I saw him was Sunday night :(  But I have lots of things to keep me busy! I am BEYOND excited about his brother, sister-in-law and their 3 kids coming here for Thanksgiving so I have all that to look forward to and not think about him being gone! And it helps that the kids are keeping me company too :)
And the even better part is that today he surprised me and showed up here to take a shower and then head back out there!! He was so cute!! He was filthy...covered in dirt...smelled like motor oil in which he corrected me and told me it was gun oil! lol He took a shower, I washed his clothes and fixed him a big ol' plate of food! He stuffed his face, got dressed and was out the door before I knew it! And the even better part is that they are having family day out there on Saturday, so me and the kids are going out there to "play" with daddy at work! lol Trust me...there will be LOTS of pictures and videos to come! One of our friends Mac keeps sending me videos and they are hilarious! Yeah...they are working hard out there...but they are still making it fun!
I had to share this picture! Dwain told me that while he was shaving this morning, his CO snuck a picture of him! lol Well he doesn't know that his CO posted that picture on his troop's facebook page! lol And it is a really cool picture! I just love seeing what they are doing out there!
