We are in our kitchens now and this week we worked on soups.
Monday Maren and I did French Onion Soup. When Chef Nike (pronounced Nikki) was tasting each of the soups she came to ours, tasted it and said, "This is a 4 or 5 star soup!" That was the best complement given out to anyone!!
Tuesday we had to do a Chicken Consomme, it is part of our grade, so each person had to complete a Consomme...we all passed!
