On August 4 we had an open house at the school. The culinary department made crepes for a tasting for all the potential students and their parents or relatives that came too. Myself and 2 other students were there to make almost 500 crepes that we filled with hot fudge and sliced strawberries, then we topped it with whipped cream, more sliced strawberries and drizzled it with caramel, chocolate of strawberry. It was fun and I had a blast, but we were so busy that I only had time to take 1 picture!

Then last week we had a week of starches! Yipeeee, my favorite! On Monday the 6th it was all about the potato! Then Tuesday was all about rice. Here are some photos from that week.
