More Class Pictures

Here are a few pictures from class on Monday. This week we worked on vegetables. So to go with the vegetables, we prepared some chicken coated in Romano cheese with a Beurre Blanc sauce....oh my goodness it was incredible!

I got to fix up a plate for Chef Marc, here was my plate!
