Here is a plate I made for Chef with the poached chicken, sauteed zucchini and squash, sauteed red bell peppers and steamed red potatoes.

On Tuesday we sauteed Fillet Mignon and served it on top of Pommes Anna (which is Potatoes Anna) and put a pad of compound butter on top of the fillet. Here are some of the plates we set up for the President, Dean and other executives to come taste.This was my plate (we had 3 different kinds of potatoes...hehehe)
