Our New Class - American Regional

So, this quarter we are doing American Regional cuisine, which means we are go week to week from region to region. This was week 1 and we were in "New England".
Day 1 we did a Tomato and Zucchini Salad with a Dijon VinaigretteNew England Clam Chowder
Boiled Beef Brisket with Carrots, Potatoes, Turnips and Onions with a Horseradish Sauce ...and last but not least Peach and Blueberry Cobbler
Then on Day 2 we did Cod Cakes with Fried Onions on a bed of Green Beans
Kim was garnishing our plates with Paprika :)
Clams Casino on a Crouton
Turkey Roulade with Pan Gravy, Stuffing, Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Glazed Turnips and Cranberry Sauce
...and last was Gingerbread with fresh Whipped Cream

In between class breaks, we took a few funny pictures! Me and Garrett were posing!
And because I am at school late at night now, I got a cool picture of the builiding at night!
