So, this quarter we are doing American Regional cuisine, which means we are go week to week from region to region. This was week 1 and we were in "New England".
Day 1 we did a Tomato and Zucchini Salad with a Dijon Vinaigrette

Boiled Beef Brisket with Carrots, Potatoes, Turnips and Onions with a Horseradish Sauce
...and last but not least Peach and Blueberry Cobbler

Then on Day 2 we did Cod Cakes with Fried Onions on a bed of Green Beans
