Tuesday was another easy day! We had a pretty easy menu to put together and again we were able to play a little. We had Key West Conch Chowder, Hearts of Palm Salad,
Pan Seared Grouper with a Black Bean, Jicama and Corn Relish, Tropical Fruit Salsa,
Corn Custard, 
and Key Lime Pie!

After American Regional, I have Concepts and Theories. We are working on a group project and Sharon and I snuck off to the computer lab to do some research!
On Thursday, I have Dimensions and then I usually stick around to get some work done. So Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am usually there from 8 or 9 in the morning until 8, 9 or 10 at night!! Even though I am busy, don't get much sleep and I haven't eaten much in the last week...I am having a blast...if you can't tell!!!
