My Last Open House in Indy

Awwww, today was my last open house at AI Indy! It was bittersweet...

Each and every open house we do the same thing...crepes with hot fudge and strawberries topped with chantilly (whipped cream), chocolate and strawberry sauce. This time I decided to switch it up a bit!

So I did a crepe with dulce de leche (caramel sauce) and pistachios and a "strawberry cheesecake" crepe (which is a crepe filled with a sweetened cream cheese and sour cream mixture and sliced strawberries) topped with a chocolate coffee sauce and chantilly.

I only got 2 pictures because I was so busy....and it is the table full of crepes!
