A Southern Girl Who Can't Fry Chicken

I have never claimed to be able to fry chicken! I have only "attempted" it twice in the last 8 years! And both times I did not like how it turned out! In culinary school, we made fried chicken one quarter and I thought I did pretty good. Now it has been almost 5 or more years since I have tried to make it last, so I thought I would try again!

Eh...it turned out ok I guess??

But as the title says - A Southern Girl Who Can't Fry Chicken - it didn't turn out as well as I had hoped! It was good, but not great! So now I must perfect it...some day!
