Yummy Chicken!

I have to thank Erin (my sister-in-law) for this recipe! I can't remember where she got it, but it is delicious!
4 Chicken breast, cut into 2-3 strips
(or buy a pack of chicken strips)
4 Tbs (or more if needed) Butter, melted
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
2 cups Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Melt the butter and combine it with the Dijon mustard, garlic salt and pepper. In a separate dish, crush enough Ritz crackers, about 2 cups, and combine with as much Parmesan cheese as you want. Coat the chicken in the butter mixture then the cracker mixture. Place chicken on foil lined sheet pan, top with any cracker mixture that is leftover and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and thermometer reads 165 degrees.
The flavor is just a great combination! Bon Appétit!
