LG Event at Georgia World Congress Center (Thursday)

This weekend was a really big weekend for Blais and TrailBlais! The Kitchen and Bath Industry Show was at the Georgia World Congress Center and LG had Blais come in and do demos today and Saturday. After each demo, we would produce the canapes to serve to the groups of people coming up to watch.I met with Blais on Monday to discuss the event and figure out on what I needed to do to get started! Tuesday I began ordering all the produce, proteins and ingredients needed to get us through the entire weekend of, for the lack of a better term, catering!
On Wednesday, Justin and Sean began prepping some of the items that we needed to get ready. I had spent the morning on the phone and online ordering more items, making sure orders were coming in and coordinating the group of people we had working with us. After I finished work that night, I helped the guys finish up a few things and finally got to bed around 3am! Got up at 7am today and to work at 9am. Me, Justin and Sean all had to work at FLiP until 3pm and then after we were doing nothing but prep, prep, prep! Justin had to work out in the shed on some things so we weren't in the way of the guys while they were setting up for dinner service! I thought it was too funny...had to get a picture of it!
Around 5'ish, Blais called me and told me we all needed to get to FLiP to film a line up. We had a camera following us around and filming us for a possible reality tv show!So our prepping got delayed several hours! We finally got back to working on stuff around 6'ish and I headed to Whole Foods to pick up a few other ingredients and meet the vendor to pick up our 500 quail eggs! While I was at the store, Blais called and said I needed to get to the Congress Center by 8pm so the camera guy could interview me along with the producer.
While I was doing the interview, the guys were bringing as much stuff as they could out here so we could store it there overnight. Sean had spent a few hours making pizza dough and the pizza dough was GROWING out of control! We had to get a few pictures of this...it was too funny! The guys and I got back to FLiP around 11'ish and got started on the rest of the stuff we needed to get done by 6am! We ended up working until 3:30am, going home to shower and change and get back to FLiP to finish everything else!
