Chef had a commercial shoot today with McCormick Gourmet Spice Collections. Stacey and I spent the last 2 days prepping all the ingredients for the 3 recipes we would be filming. We met up this morning at 7am to get everything together and get to the Viking culinary school where we would be filming. We started right away getting set up! It was a fun experience! I had done live tv with him before, but never a scripted shoot like this before.
I think I pulled it off just fine...there were a few glitches, but we got through them! And we got through all 3 commercials in just 7 1/2 hours! Not bad!
