I got out and about today after being in the apartment for over a week of not going anywhere! I went to Ft. Hood to the visitors center and got my pass so I could get on post and go get my soldier! :) Once I got the pass, I drove on post so I could "explore"...but I learned that is not a word to use when discussing Ft. Hood!
But I drove to Cooper's Field where I would be going to pick up Dwain! I thought I would go ahead and get a look at where it was so I was prepared! And I got so excited! They have the Welcome Home banners up at the bleachers...that is where we'll be sitting waiting on the guys to arrive!
And we have the most beautiful sunsets here! I just had to share! :)
