More Class Pictures

This past week, because Monday was a holiday (Labor Day), we had only 1 day of kitchen classes. I was excited about this week because it was breakfast/eggs! We each picked 2 ways we wanted to prepare eggs, I chose an omelet and fritatta! Since I don't really like much in an omelet, I just put in bacon!! And in my fritatta I did bacon and roasted potatoes! I got a picture of the omelet, but not of my fritatta...but both were yummy!
Another group did french toast and decided to do a stuffed french toast! It was probably one of the best things I have eaten in a while! It was a large piece of Texas toast that they used to make the french toast, then they took cream cheese and made a filling with it and then they made a strawberry and blueberry sauce to go on top! Heaven! Kamron made me a plate and it was beautiful! And did I say delicious?
While we were all preparing our own dishes, we each had to step up and flip an egg! I got a picture of Kamron and Sharon flipping an egg.
After class, we all gathered outside and we got some really fun pictures!
