Open House

We had open house last week and we were asked to make the crepes again! Open house is when the school sends out postcards and tries to sign up as many new students as possible! So as a way to show off what we are capable of, we make crepes for everyone who comes through that morning and afternoon. Last time it was me, Garrett and Jake, but this time it was just me and Garrett...but we had a plan! We had all the crepes done and ready to fill so we weren't caught having to make more while people were standing there! But we also didn't have near the same amount of people this time!

Brittany and Kim came to visit us during their break from class!

Here is a table full of crepes - they are filled with hot fudge and strawberries, rolled and topped with fudge, caramel, whipped cream and more strawberries!

And here is where I was doing demonstrations on making crepes on my little burner as well as a little flambe action for show (you can see the bottle of brandy sitting there!)
