First Day of Winter Qtr and Baking Class!

Today was the beginning of the quarter for us. I am taking another full load this quarter! I have 5 classes - Product ID and Purchasing, Intro to Baking Science and Theory, Conversational Spanish, Managetment By Menu, and Latin Cuisine.
Our first class was Baking Science and Theory. We have a new chef at the school, Chef Allen Gustin. At first we weren't sure how to take him, but we quickly learned he is fun and this will be a good quarter! We split up in groups, as usual, and 1 group did Chocolate Chip Cookies, our group did Peanut Butter Sandies and Spiced Oatmeal Cookies and the other group did Soft Dinner Rolls. Once we made it all, we ate it all! The perks of being in culinary school!
