Only a few more days left in this quarter and I am so happy! I am ready to just work for a few weeks and not have to do school and work! I had my practical in my pastry class and that was about the only exciting thing to share!
I had to bake a Red Velvet Cake and decorate it with Buttercream Icing,
make Eclairs and Profiteroles filled with Pastry Cream and dipped in Chocolate,
and make an Apple Pie...ok...it kind of fell apart but it was GOOD!!!
And I just had to share...Chef Ward was having his picture taken for a magazine in Sandy Springs and I snuck a picture of him doing his GQ pose! lol
