This is it...last day of our al a carte class! I still have 1 more final that is tomorrow night and then this quarter is done! But today was our practical and I had to do a 4 course menu! I drew the paper out of the bucket and it was the roasted chicken meal! Here is what I did...
Mushroom Veloute

Mesclun Salad with Apples, Cranberries and Cider Vinaigrette

Roasted Chicken with Pan Gravy (but my plate was messed with before I got the picture so it looks a little messy), Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Green Beans and Yellow Peppers

Creme Caramel (or Flan) with Marinated Orange Segments

After we were all done, you know I had to get a group photo (except we are missing Jason, Aisha, Ben, and )

And of course I had to get a picture with Chef Ward :)
