Here we are at the end of the quarter and I am so excited! It has been a great quarter, but I am so glad that we only have 1 more week left this quarter! I need a break!
In my pastry class we had to do plated desserts. My team was me, Megan and Antoinette. I came up with the idea of doing a Napoleon of Spongecake and Dulce de Leche Mousse and I knew I would garnish it with a chocolate sauce and piping and a strawberry somehow. And this is what I came up with! Our beautiful plated desserts!

Then in al a carte, we had an easy week! We only had 45 covers on Thursday and 22 on Friday! This is the special dessert we did - Cranberry Brioche Bread Pudding with Praline Ice Cream, Cranberry Coulis and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
