4th Week in Class

This week in baking we made:
Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce
Bergamot Shortbread
Zucchini Bread

Then we had some crazy weather warning to where we were supposed to get 10" of snow on Friday (the day we are in Latin) so we were being a little extra prepared in case they sent us home. So Chef Frank had us do all of our meal in 2 hours instead of 3 1/2 to 4 hours that we normally do! Because of this, I really didn't get too many pictures! Just the food this time!

Crepas con Salsa de Dulce de Leche - Crepes with Dulce de Leche and Pistachios
