Spanish!!!!!

In Spanish, Chef gave us a project we had to do and present to the class in week 8...well, week 8 is here and we had the best project in the class! There were 4 of us that got together and decided we were going to do a Telenovela - a Spanish soap opera. Carla wrote the perfect script, we sat and read it, rehearsed it and then before filming, it was time for a few quick pictures...

and then it was lights, camera, action!

Our soap opera is named Lagrimas Sin Fronteras!

The premise behind it is the Mother (Maria Esperanza del Corazon Leal) and Father (Carlos Antonio Leal) adopt a Girl (Yang Sang Lee) from China and bring her to Mexico. The adopted daughter ends up having an affair with the father! The maid (Sirvienta Ashley) is always listening in the corners of each room and knows all! Once confronted about the affair, it is made known that Yang Sang Lee is pregnant with Carlos' baby and it causes Maria to die of a heart attack! It makes Carlos retreat to a Monastery to pray for forgiveness and it leaves Yang Sang Lee all alone. She wonders what will she do now that she is all alone and Sirvienta Ashley steps in to let her know she will not be alone, because she is her mother!
