Another tip for Thanksgiving!
Not only should you prepare your ingredients the day before, but also think of the platters, bowls and serving utensils on the tables you are going to serve your dishes on. The day before Thanksgiving, I like to lay out my table cloths and kind of map out where I am going to sit everything on the day of. Then I put all my platters and bowls and sit them in the place where they will be at the time of service. 



This way I make sure that I have a place, platter/bowl and serving utensil for everything and nothing is forgotten!
