This week was kind of slow...we only did a few things in my pastry class because chef was out 1 day and the person filling in for his class just had us making truffles! I made 2 different flavors
Raspberry
Espresso
Then last week we had made a Blood Orange Bavarian and Chocolate Mousse Charlotte, so we got it out and cut it up this week!
