I have found these bags of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) fish at the grocery store and they are great! It is a resealable bag and I can just pull out 2 or 4 fillets to cook for dinner! They thaw quickly too! Just put them in a bowl of water and with in 45 minutes to 1 hour they are completely thawed! Cook and enjoy!
I have found Tilapia, Catfish and Cod sold this way!
